What did Kevin Hart’s ‘Madagascar’ win? Movie critic wins Oscar for best movie

Movie critic Kevin Hart won the Best Picture Oscar for his work in the film “Madagascar,” beating out “Birdman,” “The Theory of Everything,” “Bird of Paradise,” and “Silver Linings Playbook.”
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the results of the awards Tuesday.
Hart, best known for his award-winning work on “Parks and Recreation,” has been nominated for three of the last four awards.
In 2009, he won for best director for “Frozen,” and again in 2012 for “The Artist.”
The Oscar ceremony will be held Saturday at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California.
