How to watch movies with four-color screens
FourFourMovies, the online movie-watching service owned by Disney, announced Thursday it has added 4-color screen viewing options to its service.
Users will be able to watch films in four colors, including red, green, blue and white, and then choose a colorblind mode, where each film has a unique color.
The new option will be available for free in the U.S. and Canada.
Disney said the new feature is intended to provide users with more choice and control when watching movies.
FourFour has added four color-specific modes in recent years, such as the classic red, blue, yellow and purple modes, but none have offered 4-coupon-free, color-blind viewing.
The service, which has more than 2.3 billion users worldwide, is a pioneer in 4-Coupon MoviePass, which allows users to rent movies from participating theaters, including AMC and Cinemark.
